SHIPPING POLICY

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled upon purchase.

Processing and shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on production volume and carrier performance.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer
• Carrier delays once an order has been shipped
• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photo documentation of the product and packaging.

Manual & Bulk Products

Convention button orders are fulfilled through a separate production partner and ship independently from print-on-demand items.

Shipping for these items is:

• Flat rate for qualifying quantities
• Free shipping available on select bulk orders

If an order includes both convention buttons and print-on-demand products, items may ship separately and may incur separate shipping charges.
