Scenes may include natural landscapes, animals, peaceful settings, ministry moments, or host city inspiration that reflect the joyful atmosphere of international conventions.

Custom Characters in Your Scene

Your scene may include stylized animated characters created with a likeness inspired by you or your loved ones. Characters are illustrated in a vibrant 3D-inspired cartoon style with expressive features and warm personality.

Share your favorite outfit, photo references, or overall look, and we will create characters that capture the joyful spirit you envision within the scene.

Characters are stylized artistic interpretations inspired by your photos rather than exact portrait reproductions.

Illustration Options

Single Character — $40
Couple — $65
Family (up to 4 characters) — $110

How It Works

1. Select your character type (single, couple, or family).

2. Email your photos and details to:

3. Your custom character illustration will be created and sent to you for review and approval.

4. Once the design is approved and purchased, it will be applied to the product(s) you selected.

Timeline

• Response Time: Within 1 business day
• Initial Design Draft: 3–5 business days depending on complexity
• Revision Updates: Typically 1–2 business days

Photo & Reference Guidelines

To help us create the best possible illustration, please send clear photos and helpful reference details when submitting your request.

Helpful references may include:

• Clear photos of the person or people to be illustrated
• Favorite outfits or clothing styles
• Hairstyle preferences
• Pose ideas or activity inspiration
• Any animals, scenery, or special elements you would like included in the scene
• Host city inspiration (if applicable)

Please include any important details you would like us to consider when creating your custom design.

The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to bring your vision to life.

Design Includes

• Custom cartoon character illustration
• Up to two revisions for minor adjustments
• Additional revision requests may incur an additional design fee depending on the complexity of the changes requested
• Artwork prepared for printing on products available in our shop

Please wait until your custom design has been reviewed and approved before purchasing your product. Orders placed prior to approval may experience delays due to demand.

Artwork created through this service is intended for use on products purchased through our shop and is not sold as a standalone digital file.

Content Guidelines

Due to the specialized nature of our products, which are designed for convention keepsakes and related themes, we reserve the right to decline or cancel design requests that fall outside the scope of our shop’s intended purpose or that contain explicit, offensive, political, or otherwise inappropriate content.

If a request cannot be accepted, the customer will be notified.
